Drive employee engagement and retention through open communication. Partner with the legal team on union-related matters to ensure compliance and alignment with goals. Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning, including onboarding and training, to attract and retain top talent.


Oversee performance management, providing coaching, development programs, and structured feedback systems to support growth. Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Track key HR metrics for program effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management. Lead HR technology initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.


Details: The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has proven experience leading an HR team with strengths in team development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Strong skills in employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management, are essential to promoting a positive work environment. A thorough understanding of employment laws, HR metrics, and analytics, along with change management and maintaining confidentiality, is required. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, familiarity with HRIS systems, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Advanced MS Office skills is required and SPHR certification is preferred.
