Go deeper: Manage the SVP’s calendar, anticipate needs, and manage priorities to ensure seamless daily operations. Act as a liaison, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and providing preparation materials, including research and attendee insights for conferences. Handle international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with travel requirements and cultural considerations. Provide exceptional business writing and communication support, ensuring precision and professionalism. Proactively manage projects, correspondence, and schedules, staying one step ahead to drive efficiency and impact.
Details: The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior executive support experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Excels in calendar and email management, thrives in high-pressure environments, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and writing skills. Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage global relationships are essential. This role requires individuals to be in-office Monday - Thursday.
