Collaborate across teams to create dynamic marketing and communications materials that engage audiences and elevate the brand across platforms such as social media, web, digital ads, and print collateral.


Go deeper: Develop graphics, templates, and layouts for both print and digital platforms, ensuring all materials align with the organization’s style guidelines and branding standards. Design impactful visuals to support campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives while maintaining consistency across platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality, error-free designs that resonate with stakeholders.


Details: The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field and has 5-7 years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization or creative agency. Advanced proficiency with graphic programs, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); Canva; Figma or Sketch.
