Strong knowledge of direct hire processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic approach to sales are essential. Candidates should also have proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with high-level presentations and contract negotiations is a plus.
