Janet Delikahya
Janet is the Founder and President of Talent Solutions Group. Since 2010, she has been connecting leading professionals to Washington’s top trade associations, nonprofits, think tanks, and government affairs and communications agencies.

Jamie Hamlin
Jamie has served as Managing Partner of Talent Solutions Group since 2023. He began his career on the agency side of executive recruiting before moving in-house, where he went on to lead talent acquisition and strategic hiring initiatives at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Bloomberg, and JBG Smith.
With over two decades of recruiting and leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and nonprofits, Jamie brings a practical, client-focused approach to executive search and talent strategy. He partners closely with organizations to identify candidates who not only meet the technical requirements of a role, but also align with the culture, leadership style, and long-term goals of the team.
Before launching any search, Jamie takes the time to understand each client’s priorities, operating environment, and definition of success. Whether working with HR leaders, department heads, or senior executives, he believes strong hiring decisions start with strong relationships and thoughtful listening. Every candidate is personally screened by Talent Solutions Group leadership because Jamie views personalized service not as an added benefit, but as the standard.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys the waterfront and community atmosphere of Old Town, staying active through racquet sports, and spending summer weekends at his family home on Cape Cod, where he enjoys boating and fishing.
